AURELIA is a slow-skincare brand founded by Hannah Aurelia in Berlin Kreuzberg. Six products, twenty-two ingredients, four-hundred-unit batches · and a website that had to feel like a Vogue Beauty spread, not a Shopify default.
Aufgabe
The skincare category is loud · gradients, glassy 3D bottles, oversized claims. AURELIA's whole pitch is the opposite. The site needs editorial credibility without losing direct-to-consumer conversion. Same page must serve a Vogue feature reader and a returning customer placing a refill order.
Ansatz
Gambarino italic as the only display face · fashion-magazine quality, no sans-serif headlines. 12-column magazine-spread layout with drop-cap editorial section. Motion v12 3D rotateY card flip on products (subtle, 8° max). Real ingredient percentages in every product description. Press logos as italic wordmarks, not graphic bitmaps. Real founder signature.
